By accessing or using ShaadiMint's website and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

ShaadiMint provides a digital wedding invitation creation and sharing platform. Our Service allows you to: • Choose from a selection of professionally designed Indian wedding invitation templates. • Customize your invitation with bride and groom names, event details, venue information, and personal messages. • Generate a unique shareable link for your invitation. • Share your invitation via WhatsApp, email, social media, and other communication channels. • Collect RSVP responses from your guests. • Manage guest lists and track responses. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To use certain features of our Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. • Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. • Maintain the security of your account credentials and accept all risks of unauthorized access. • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.

By purchasing an invitation template, you agree to the following: • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. • Payment is processed through Razorpay, our authorized payment gateway partner. • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect purchases that have already been completed. • You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account. • Promotional offers and discounts are subject to specific terms and conditions and may be revoked or modified at our discretion.

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and shall remain the exclusive property of ShaadiMint and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries. Our templates, designs, graphics, and other visual elements are the intellectual property of ShaadiMint. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the invitation you create for personal, non-commercial purposes (i.e., sharing your wedding invitation with guests). You may not: • Reproduce, distribute, or sell our templates or designs. • Use our branding, logos, or trademarks without prior written consent. • Create derivative works based on our designs. • Remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary designations.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service, including the personal details and messages you include in your invitations ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant ShaadiMint a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. You represent and warrant that: • You own or control all rights to the User Content you provide. • The User Content does not violate any third party's intellectual property rights. • The User Content does not contain any defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful material.

You agree not to use the Service: • For any unlawful purpose or to promote or engage in illegal activities. • To create invitations for events that promote hate speech, discrimination, or violence. • To transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code. • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts. • To impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation. • To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service. • To use automated systems or bots to access the Service. • To resell or redistribute our templates or services without authorization.

We strive to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to our Service. However, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems, or need to perform maintenance, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify the Service at any time without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes that may affect your use of the Service. We are not liable for any interruption or downtime of the Service, including but not limited to interruptions caused by: • Scheduled or emergency maintenance. • Server or network failures. • Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, etc.). • Third-party service failures (payment gateway, hosting, etc.).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ShaadiMint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service. • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service. • Any content obtained from the Service. • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. In no event shall ShaadiMint's total aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid to ShaadiMint for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ShaadiMint and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with: • Your access to or use of the Service. • Your violation of these Terms. • Your violation of any rights of another party. • Any User Content you submit or share through the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. However, any invitations you have already created and shared will remain accessible to your guests for the duration of the purchased period. Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
