ShaadiMint provides a digital wedding invitation platform that allows users to create, customise, host, and share online wedding invitations with RSVP collection and a shareable invitation link.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets.
• Your invitation is activated immediately upon successful payment.

• Starter Plan: Valid for 3 months
• Classic Plan: Valid for 6 months
• Royal Plan: Valid for 12 months

After expiry, your invitation link may become inaccessible. We do not automatically renew plans.

You are solely responsible for all content submitted through our platform. You represent that your content does not infringe any third-party rights and is not offensive, defamatory, or unlawful.

All design templates, graphics, code, and content on shaadimint.com are the exclusive property of ShaadiMint. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our templates without prior written consent.

Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
