Failed Payment Refund
If your bank is debited but the order fails, the amount is automatically refunded to your source account within 5–7 business days.

1. Refund Eligibility
Double payment / Duplicate order: Full refund within 5–7 business days.
Payment failure after debit: Full refund within 5–7 business days or manual fulfilment.
Service unavailability: If our platform is unavailable for 7+ days due to our technical issue, a pro-rated refund may be considered.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Change of mind after the invitation has been activated
Incorrect information entered by the customer (we offer a free correction instead)
Wedding postponement or cancellation by the customer
Plan expiry — expired plans are not eligible for refunds or extensions
3. Free Content Correction
If you entered incorrect details, we provide a free one-time correction within 30 days of purchase. Email us your order ID and correct details; we will update within 24–48 hours.
