Please Note: ShaadiMint provides digital products (wedding invitations) that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are limited to specific scenarios outlined below.

1. Overview

ShaadiMint offers digital wedding invitation creation and sharing services. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are considered final. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and this policy outlines the scenarios in which refunds may be considered.

2. Digital Product Nature

Our products are digital invitations that are created, customized, and delivered electronically. Once an invitation is created and the payment is processed, you receive immediate access to the digital product and the ability to share it with your guests. Because of this immediate delivery and the intangible nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds after the product has been delivered.

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances: • Technical Failure: If our service experiences a confirmed technical failure that prevents you from creating or accessing your invitation, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours of reporting. • Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same invitation due to a system error. • Service Not Delivered: If you have made a payment but are unable to access the invitation creation service or your created invitation due to a fault on our end. • Pre-Delivery Cancellation: If you request a cancellation before the invitation has been fully created and delivered, we may process a partial refund at our discretion.

4. Non-Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases: • Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind about the purchase after the invitation has been created and delivered. • User Error: If you provided incorrect information (names, dates, venue details) in the invitation. We offer an editing feature to correct such errors. • Template Preference: If you decide you prefer a different template after purchase. You may create a new invitation with a new purchase. • Event Cancellation: If your wedding event is cancelled or postponed, the digital invitation product has already been delivered and is not eligible for a refund. • Minor Technical Issues: Temporary service interruptions or minor display issues that do not significantly impact the core functionality of the invitation.

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps: 1. Contact us at hello@shaadimint.com within 7 days of your purchase. 2. Include your order ID, email address used for purchase, and a detailed description of the issue. 3. Attach any relevant screenshots or evidence supporting your refund request. 4. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days. 5. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Refund Methods

Approved refunds will be processed through the following methods: • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to the same payment method used for the original purchase (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking via Razorpay). • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only a partial refund may be issued based on the extent of service usage and the nature of the issue.

7. Subscription and Recurring Payments

Currently, ShaadiMint operates on a one-time purchase model per invitation. There are no recurring subscriptions. If we introduce subscription plans in the future, this policy will be updated to include relevant cancellation and refund terms for such plans.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may: • Escalate the matter by writing to our management team at hello@shaadimint.com. • Contact your bank or payment provider to initiate a chargeback, though we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the matter amicably. • In case of disputes that cannot be resolved through our support channels, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Refund Policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
